If no options are chosen, we will follow the design and style from the photo. If no font is chosen, we will use Adelia #11. If box design is not chosen, we will use Design 3. If font color is not specified, we will use Rose Gold Foil Shiny. If you are ordering multiple boxes to different addresses, you must place separate transactions — one order per address. Please note: If no gift message is included in your order, a greeting card will NOT be included in your gift box.

Q. Can I personalize the box with any name?
A. Yes — every box is custom printed with the recipient's name. You will add the name, title, font choice, box design, and color preferences in the personalization field at checkout.
Q. What tumbler colors are available?
A. The 12oz Stainless Steel Mini Tumbler comes in a choice of 4 colors. If no color is specified, we will default to a color that coordinates beautifully with your box design.
Q. Can I order multiple boxes for different girls at different addresses?
A. Each order ships to one address. For multiple boxes going to different addresses, please place separate transactions — one per address.
Q. How long does production take?
A. Standard production is 3-5 business days. Need it sooner? Add our Expedited Production Service at checkout and we will have your gift ready within 48 hours.
Q. Can this box be used as a thank-you gift after the wedding, not just a proposal?
A. Absolutely. This set is just as meaningful as a wedding day thank-you as it is for the proposal moment. The personalization makes it feel intentional either way.
Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. Please send us photos of the packaging (inside and outside) and at least 3 images of the damaged item from different angles within 48 hours of delivery. We will replace it with the exact same item once the claim requirements are met. We do not issue refunds or discounts for damaged items.
Q. Can I request a custom box design or color not shown in the photos?
A. We love custom requests. Contact us before placing your order with your specific design ideas and we will do our best to accommodate. For bulk or custom orders, please reach out directly.
Q. Can this box work for a junior bridesmaid instead of a flower girl?
A. Yes — this set works beautifully for junior bridesmaids too. Simply note the title you would like on the box in the personalization field at checkout.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Tumbler: Hand wash only. Do not put in the dishwasher. Not microwave safe. Names are made with professional premium grade adhesive outdoor vinyl — not engraved or painted. Do not use a sponge over the name. Gently hand wash while avoiding the vinyl name or graphic to preserve longevity. Accessories: Wipe clean with a soft cloth.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING
Shipping addresses cannot be changed after the order has been placed. If there is an issue with your order, we must be notified within 48 hours of delivery. When filing a claim with UPS, USPS, or ParcelGuard, you must keep all packaging materials and damaged goods exactly as received — carriers require photographs for claims processing. Do not dispose of any shipment materials or goods until the claim is complete. All shipments are insured up to $100 by the carrier. For orders over $100, additional coverage is provided through ParcelGuard. We do not reimburse for orders that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered during transit. By placing your order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to our policies.
