This sleeping bags packed size is 8 inches by 7 inches and can be tied discreetly to the outside of space restricted rucksacks. The Softie 9 Hawk is equipped with Softie Premier synthetic insulation, which is washable and provides superior heat retention. The randomized fine filament fibers of Softie Premier insulation trap warm air to retain heat even when thoroughly wet. Softie Premier insulation does not lose thermal characteristics over time, even when stored in the compression stuff sack for long periods of time without use. The comfort temperature rating of this sleeping bag is 23 degrees Fahrenheit but can go as low as 14 degrees Fahrenheit for experienced campers and outdoor enthusiasts. This Softie 9 Hawk is equipped with a two-way anti-snag zipper, full-length zip baffle, a mummy shaped design, draft collar, and a quilted Snugfit hood with an adjustable draw cord to ensure you stay comfortable while you sleep, even when the temperature drops. This durable, versatile sleeping bag is incredibly lightweight and weighs only 3.3 pounds. It also comes with a compression stuff sack that completes its travel-friendly capabilities. A very thorough "How-To"!

This book is full of tons of resources and recommended tools to guide you along the way from a to z.. At the end of each chapter, the author also provides super useful "Action Items" to get you moving forward, breaking the process down to manageable doable pieces. Loved all the useful real-world tips that some Airbnb property owners just may overlook... as well as the BONUS materials at the end too!

Just the guide that I needed!

Practical, logical, and comprehensive guide to starting and running an Airbnb

This is a great resource for anyone who wants to own and operate an Airbnb (short-term rental housing). The book is comprehensive. It starts with the basics and goes on and on, covering every conceivable issue, from startup basics to day-to-day operations, legal issues that might come up, how to hire a cleaning crew—even real estate issues many people might not be aware of. The only thing I found missing was instructions for how to deal with bedbugs, which are a growing problem throughout the world (and can wreak havoc on any rental property).
The book is well-organized, which makes it easy to read… perfect for anyone trying to learn the business from the ground up. It is well-researched, with many examples to show the reader how things work in the real world. There are a number of resources mentioned also: websites for additional information on how to compare rates, and so on.
The author is practical and pragmatic. He balances caution with enthusiasm (and vice versa). I recommend it to anyone who wants to gain additional income through Airbnb.
