Bourgogne Pinot Noir heeft een elegant en verfijnd karakter met een lichte structuur. Fijn voor zo op de bank maar uitstekend bij kalfsvlees, een harde kaas als Goudse maar zelfs verrassend bij een Tabouleh schotel! Kan 3-4 jaar bewaard worden.

Over de wijn

Een “vin fin” , een lekkere fijne wijn dus. En dat is die zeker! Gewoon omdat het zo lekker is.  De Pinot Noir druiven komen uit de gehele Bourgogne: Het koele Auxerrois, Côte de Beaune maar ook de warmere regio's van de Châlonnais en Mâconnais. Wijnstokken wel al met een gerespecteerde leeftijd van 45 jaar gemiddeld. Met recht geconcentreerde “Vieilles Vignes” druiven dus. Een volle kleur, mooi karmozijnrood. Fijn spel van aardbei, bosbes en kers. Ook de andere kant van de Pinot Noir is duidelijk aanwezig: kreupelhout, en op leeftijd evoluerend naar paddenstoel. Goede structuur met lichte tannines die ruggengraat aan de wijn geven.
