Gebruik
Laat 1 vol. rijst braden in een beetje vetstof. Roer regelmatig om totdat de rijstkorrels doorschijnend beginnen te worden. Voeg geleidelijk aan ten minste 2 vol. warme bouillon toe en werk vervolgens de risotto verder af volgens het gekozen recept (kooktijd ongeveer 20 minuten).
