De geur is helder en fruitig. Je ruikt perzik en appel, gevolgd door een lichte toon van aardbei en iets bloemigs.

Wat je proeft
De wijn is Brut en daardoor droog, maar blijft soepel en makkelijk drinkbaar. De smaak is vol, met
perzik duidelijk op de voorgrond. Appel zorgt voor frisheid, rood fruit blijft subtiel op de
achtergrond. De bubbels ondersteunen de smaak zonder te domineren. De afdronk is droog en
medium.

Oogst & Wijnbereiding
Na de oogst worden de druiven zacht geperst en vergist in roestvrij staal. De tweede vergisting vindt plaats in een gesloten tank, dezelfde methode die ook bij Prosecco wordt gebruikt. Daardoor heeft deze spumante een vergelijkbare stijl: fris, fruitig en toegankelijk. Omdat de wijn uit Piemonte komt en is gemaakt van andere druiven dan Glera, heet hij spumante en geen Prosecco.
