De TRUST Barcelona is een chique hoofdstel met een verstelbare lage neusriem. De lage neusriem zorgt voor een andere drukverdeling dan de klassieke neusriem. De neusriem van de TRUST Barcelona is te verstellen, zowel aan voor- en achterkant van de neusriem. De neusriem is onderlegd en voorzien van 4 millimeter rubber waardoor het iets harder aanvoelt dan een foam vulling.  De frontriem van dit hoofdstel is onderlegd met een zachte padding wat zorgt voor een optimaal comfort voor het paard. Het kopstuk is anatomisch gevormd en teruggesneden voor meer vrijheid bij de oren. De padding van het kopstuk is zacht maar niet te dik zodat er direct contact is met paard.
