Introductie

De Fiano Salento IGP Talò 2024 van San Marzano is een verfijnde en aromatische witte wijn uit Puglia, in het zonnige zuiden van Italië. Deze wijn toont het mediterrane karakter van de regio met zijn combinatie van rijp fruit, frisse zuren en elegante structuur.

Wat ruik en proef je?

Aroma’s van perzik, peer, citrus en witte bloemen, met een subtiele hint van honing en amandel. In de mond fris en soepel, met een ronde textuur en een harmonieuze balans tussen fruitigheid en mineraliteit. De afdronk is lang en elegant.

Druivensoort

Gemaakt van 100% Fiano, een inheemse druif uit Zuid-Italië. Fiano staat bekend om zijn aromatische rijkdom, florale tonen en verfijnde zuurgraad. In Salento ontwikkelt deze druif extra diepte en een zonnig, tropisch karakter.

Serveertips

Serveertemperatuur: 8–10 °C
Serveer in een elegant witwijnglas om de frisse aroma’s en verfijnde structuur volledig tot hun recht te laten komen.

Vinificatie

De druiven worden vroeg in de ochtend geoogst om hun frisheid te behouden en zacht geperst. De vergisting vindt plaats op lage temperatuur in roestvrijstalen tanks om de aromatische intensiteit te bewaren. Daarna rust de wijn kort op de fijne lie voor extra complexiteit en een romige textuur, met behoud van zijn levendige frisheid.

Works for Sherpa, and heavy rugs
This worked on my 2 Sherpa jackets and a heavy furred rug. I tested it on my old Sherpa jacket that had the furs pretty much flat after years. I used this on it which took about 3 hrs to do and it feels brand new. I was so shocked that I used it on my old rug that had about an inch length in fur. The fur was all tangled so it had little stalks sticking out. After about 6-7 hrs, the rug was straight up rejuvenated felt brand new. I’m was very pleased with this product. Now, the real question is it worth it? I’ll just tell my opinion from my experience and let you decide for yourself. The product itself feels sturdy with a wooden base. It’s around 6 and a half inches so not very big. (This is one of the reasons why the rug too so long.)The metal brushed was surprisingly durable. I was applying a good amount of force when combing my rug and there were no bending. For 14 dollars and some elbow grease, I got two new jackets and a rug. The brush didn’t break so I can just keep using this to maintain. In my books, I got my moneys worth.
