De Catalaanse Grand Cru. Dit is de ultieme expressie van het terroir van Pla de Bages en de trots van Oller del Mas.

Na vergisting en maceratie wordt de wijn zonder persen in 500 liter eikenhouten vaten van nieuw Frans eikenhout gedaan voor 12 maanden opvoeding. Vervolgens rijpt de wijn nog minstens 12 maanden in de fles om de smaken goed te integreren. Dit alles resulteert in een wijn die vol en complex is. Rijk aan rood fruit en bosvruchten met hints van bosgrond, eikenhout, rozemarijn, tijm en kruidnagel. Een rijke, complexe wijn.
