Tijdens de Workshop Basic Kamado maak je op een toegankelijke manier kennis met de basis van het kamado-koken, dit keer met een zomers en licht menu. Deze workshop is ideaal voor starters en BBQ-liefhebbers die de fundamenten van hun kamado willen leren beheersen.

We starten met oosterse mosselen, een perfect gerecht om te leren werken met hitte, vocht en aromatische smaken op de kamado. Daarna bereiden we Bombetta, waarbij sappigheid, kruiding en temperatuurcontrole centraal staan. Met varkenshaas Caprese combineren we mals vlees met frisse mediterrane accenten en oefenen we het gebruik van directe en indirecte zones. Vervolgens bereiden we steak Robes Pierre, waar correcte hitte, rusttijden en afwerking het verschil maken. We sluiten af met een luchtige citroencake, die aantoont dat ook desserts perfect lukken op de kamado.

Tijdens deze workshop leer je hoe je de kamado correct opstart, temperatuur stabiel houdt en verschillende kooktechnieken toepast. Onze chef begeleidt je stap voor stap, zodat je nadien met vertrouwen en kennis zelf aan de slag kan op je kamado.
