ESN Crank Pump Pro 2.0 Tropical Punch is een stimulantvrije pre-workout in poedervorm met L-Citrulline-Malaat, HydroPrime® glycerolpoeder, CitraPeak®, aminozuren, plantenextracten, vitaminen en mineralen. De smaak Tropical Punch heeft een fruitige, tropische smaak en is bedoeld om te mengen met koud water voor gebruik vóór de training.

Stimulantvrije pre-workout met merk-ingrediënten

Per dagelijkse portie van 30 gram bevat deze formule onder andere 10.000 mg L-Citrulline-Malaat, 2.300 mg glycerolpoeder (HydroPrime®), 200 mg glucosyl-hesperidine (CITRAPEAK®), taurine, L-tyrosine, kokoswaterpoeder en plantenextracten. Daarnaast bevat de samenstelling vitamine B6, niacine en de mineralen natrium, kalium, calcium en magnesium.

Met HydroPrime®, CitraPeak® en elektrolyten

Crank Pump Pro 2.0 combineert vrije aminozuren met glycerolpoeder, kokoswaterpoeder en elektrolyten. De formule is volledig zonder cafeïne en daardoor geschikt voor sporters die bewust kiezen voor een pre-workout zonder stimulantia. Magnesium, kalium en calcium dragen bij tot een normale werking van de spieren. Vitamine B6 en niacine dragen bij tot een normaal energieleverend metabolisme en helpen vermoeidheid en moeheid te verminderen.

Gebruik en smaak

Meng 30 gram poeder met 500 ml koud water in een shaker en drink dit 30 minuten voor de training. Eén verpakking bevat 450 gram poeder, goed voor 15 porties. De Tropical Punch smaak geeft deze pre-workout een fruitige en tropische smaak.

Taste: While the product doesn’t taste bad, preparing it as directed results in a very mild orange flavor. -as a drink I would prefer more flavor. Texture: The psyllium husk absorbs water extremely quickly—even in cold or room-temp water—which is just the nature of the ingredient itself. Because it starts to gel so fast, you have to chug it, and even then it can be difficult to get down. (I personally gag at it, but I have sensory issues) If the gel like texture is an issue for you, I found it more palatable mixed into food with water on the side. Texture aside, the product itself is highly effective. Mixability: It doesn’t always mix smoothly and tends to clump. Again nature of the ingredient not the brand. The powder is very fine and non-gritty perfect for other mixings. Side effects: I had uncomfortable bloating the first time (2 scoops/ full glass), I recommend starting with (1 scoop or less/full glass) Dont rush it. Increase it from there as you grow tolerance. You may feel very full. - it helped me eat less!
