Really Nice Hydrating Toner Pads

At this stage, that matters more than aggressive results. In terms of moisture, these do a really nice job. On some mornings, they even give enough hydration that I don’t feel rushed to apply moisturizer immediately. Fragrance is also worth mentioning. They’re quick, convenient, and a nice step when I want hydration without adding another liquid toner.
