Zij kan goed gebruikt worden bij voet- en oormassages in het bijzonder wanneer men zich afgemat en moe voelt. Oefening bij het thema
Nodig de kracht van Victory uit of doe de essence op je pols of waaier deze in je chakra�s. Stel je dan voor hoe de kracht van Victory zich in je eerste chakra op de bekkenbodem uitbreidt en dan uit het eerste chakra over je benen en voet en in de aarde vloeit en jou met de kracht van de aarde verbindt. Van uit het eerste chakra verbindt en harmoniseert de kracht van Victory nu ook alle chakra�s en energielichamen met elkaar. Ze stroomt van het eerste chakra in het tweede onder de navel in het solarplexus chakra onder het borstbeen in het hartchakra midden op de borst in het keelchakra bij het strottenhoofd in het voorhoofdschakra tussen de wenkbrauwen en in het kruinchakra midden op het hoofd. Vervolgens verbindt de kracht van Victory de chakra�s met de auralichamen die je omgeven en vult en harmoniseert ook de auralichamen. Ten slotte stabiliseert de kracht van Victory een harmonische krachtige situatie in je gehele energiesysteem.

I feel like the harnesses for the wall don't fit the wood well enough, so you can get different distances from the wall, and one of my shelves is half a centimeter below the others, even though I lined it up the same. But they are sturdy shelves and very pretty. My only real complaint is the screw anchors for the walls. They are SERIOUS. I doubt these will ever fall out of the wall, for real. The only problem is, they eat the wall as you are putting them in. If I ever decide to move these, I will have to do some serious dry wall repair.

They came with 6 pieces of wood, not pre-drilled or with any marks for holes, a pack of pretty tough brackets, and all mounting hardware. We used a level, hammer, stud finder, tape measure, the provided wall anchors, long and short screws, pencil, 13/64 drill bit, Phillips head bit, and drill. These helped save space and get rid of some of their clutter.
