De wijnen van Waterkloof worden gekenmerkt door hun minerale karakter en elegante stijl op het domein wordt volledig Biodynamisch gewerkt. Het logo symboliseert de wind die door de wijngaarden blaast. En dat is nou juist het belangrijkste. De verkoelende lucht vanuit de False Bay zorgt voor een langzame rijping en daarmee worden elegante en droge wijnen gemaakt. De wijnstokken voor deze Sauvignon Blanc hebben een gemiddelde leeftijd van 20 jaar en staan aangeplant op een hoogte van 270 tot 300 meter boven zeeniveau. De bodems zijn van zandsteen met middelgrote stenen, die helpen bij de afvoer en het vasthouden van vocht. Waterkloof volgt een traditionele, minimalistische benadering in hun gravitatiekelder, wat betekent dat ze zo min mogelijk interfereren met het wijnbereidingsproces. Hierdoor kunnen de smaken die in die specifieke wijngaard heersen, zich uiteindelijk in de wijn uitdrukken. Om dit doel te bereiken worden alle druiven hele tros geperst, wat ervoor zorgt dat het sap op de zachtste manier wordt gewonnen. Na een zeer langzaam fermentatieproces van ongeveer 8 maanden, gevolgd door een extra maand op de primaire droesem, wordt de wijn afgetapt ter voorbereiding op de botteling.Hoe smaakt de Waterkloof Sauvignon Blanc?
Opvallend rijke stijl Sauvignon Blanc met tonen van citrus en groene peper. Rijke aanzet, zeer complex met een mooie mineraliteit en opvallend mooie balans. De zuurgraad wordt goed in evenwicht gehouden door de rondheid in het mondgevoel en draagt bij aan de extra lengte. Heerlijk!Shipping Notes

Really Helpful and Easier to Use Than I Expected

I bought the APA 7th Edition manual for my college research papers, and it’s been a lifesaver. Compared to the older edition, this one feels much clearer and way easier to navigate. The full-color layout and the examples throughout really help when I’m stuck on how to format citations or references.
I especially appreciate the new sections tailored for students like me—it’s not just for professional writers anymore. Plus, the tips on inclusive language made me think more carefully about how I write.
It’s definitely a dense read if you try to go cover-to-cover, but as a reference book, it’s super practical. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, but for the quality and how often I use it, it’s totally worth it.
If you’re in school or need to write APA-style papers regularly, I’d recommend grabbing this manual. It makes the whole process less stressful.

Vast improvement in substance and organization; a few downsides

Among my other writing-related pursuits, I edit PhDs. This APA 7 manual is a big improvement over earlier APA editions.
The primary purpose of any edition is to update the APA standards. This manual is packed with content and examples that were IMO long overdue. For instance, there are templates to show the order of data for Reference entries, and there are side-by-side examples of Reference and in-text citations.
I ordered the wire-bound version because it works well in any workspace (i.e., you can easily fold the book in half or leave it wide open.
The chapters are divided by tabs, with the ToC (table of contents) for that chapter printed on the tab.
Compared to earlier versions, the font is smaller, but it remains highly readable. The margins are wide enough for notes.
There are several downsides to the manual that I hope will be resolved in the next edition:
(a) For such a large manual, the cover on the wirebound copy is both too short and relatively flimsy. It is too short because it is only the width of the pages. It does not extend over the tabs. It is too flimsy because it is the same weight as earlier and less substantial manuals.
(b) There is no tab for the index.
(c) Although the font in the chapters is a sufficient size, the font in the index is much smaller and the index pages are crowded; there is less room in the margins for taking notes.
I dealt with the cover-related problems by cutting up a transparent binder/page sleeve for the front, back, and spine of the cover, and by creating my own tab for the index. There's nothing to be done for the index font except to live with it.
