De Chardonnay staat bekend om haar excellente wijnen. Waar dan ook ter wereld lopen wijnliefhebbers warm voor wijnen met deze geliefde druif. Ook Weingut Hensel heeft enkele hectaren aangeplant met deze alleskunner. Doordat het klimaat hier wat milder kan zijn dan bijvoorbeeld Zuid-Frankrijk, ontwikkelt deze druif zich langzamer. Echter gaat dit niet ten koste van de kwaliteit, integendeel. Doordat de Chardonnay druiven op Weingut Hensel alle tijd krijgen om te rijpen, behoort Hensel Chardonnay tot een van de beste witte wijnen uit Pfalz.Genieten met Hensel Chardonnay
Ga hier maar eens voor zitten. Niet zomaar een simpele chardonnay, maar een glas witte wijn waar de kwaliteit vanaf spat. Na de oogst krijgt Hensel Chardonnay een fermentatie van 9 maanden op eikenhouten vaten. Dit hout geeft veel smaak af, waardoor deze witte wijn als zeer complex benoemt kan worden. De neus is aangenaam. Je wordt verleid door verfijnde nuances van toast, karamel en vanille. Daarnaast ontdek je veel geel fruit zoals perzik en honingmeloen. Een licht kruidje past perfect bij deze witte wijn. De smaak is weergaloos en mondvullend. Je kan geen genoeg krijgen van Hensel Chardonnay. Een krachtig smaakpallet openbaart zich op je smaakpapillen. Je proeft veel tonen, zoals perzik, abrikozen, gele pruimen en overrijpe ananas. Een toets van vanille en hout maken de wijn helemaal af. Ceramic burr destroyed itself

For the first two-plus months it worked fine -- the perfect grind and the perfect amount with a full barrel for my oversized coffee mug.
I've been using it once daily, more or less, on a medium grind setting of 25, and this morning the ceramic burr started to eat itself. This is not acceptable.
Follow up:
Circle Joy contacted me and offered to give a full refund on this purchase, which was gratefully accepted. This is outstanding customer service.

Best price for better tasting coffee

I am a coffee snob. I only get beans. I have been using a magic bullet blender to grind, which actually does extremely well, but the grind wasn't quite even enough. So I found the cheapest, ok quality grinder I could and bought this one. I absolutely love it. It take a while to grind, and it only does a little at once, but whatever. This thing works great and my grounds are now even. The burrs seem to be of decent quality and the whole device works smoothly.

Works way better than its price would suggest

A family member got frothed milk in their coffee and loved it, so they started doing it at home. They were using a wand mixer which is great at splashing milk all over creation but not very good at actually frothing it.
I asked them what kind of frother they wanted and they gave me 2 criteria: Rechargeable, and inexpensive. They didn't want to spend a lot on something they might not like or might outgrow, and they didn't want to constantly be looking for batteries.
This frother fits the bill. It recharges with a regular USB-C cable and comes with a short one (but not a wall plug so make sure you have one of those). It was also less than $11 delivered so not a lot to gamble on an occasional-use gadget.
Does it work? Absolutely, and a lot better than I ever thought it would. I was given a demonstration and in 10 seconds I saw a small cup of half and half turn into frothy foam. I'll admit, it does taste pretty good in coffee.
I 3D printed a stand to hold the mixer upright on the counter. Otherwise the base is too small and it tips over. That's not a complaint, just an observation. If you want it to stand upright, you'll have to do something similar. Otherwise, this thing is a good combination of simple, inexpensive, and effective.
