Alpasion 'What About Me?' Malbec

De Alpasion 'What About Me?' Malbec komt uit Argentinië, uit de regio Valle de Uco in Mendoza. Hij is gemaakt van 100% Malbec-druiven die met zorg met de hand zijn geplukt en natuurlijke gisting hebben ondergaan in roestvrijstalen tanks. De wijnstokken groeien op zo’n 1.200 meter hoogte op zand- en steenachtige bodem, wat zorgt voor frisse elegantie. Er is bewust gekozen voor weinig of geen houtlagering, zodat het fruit in de spotlight staat.

Deze Malbec toont een rijke geur van kersen, zwarte bessen en subtiele kruiden, met hints van bloemen en lichte chocolade-tonen. In de mond is hij soepel en gemakkelijk drinkbaar, met een ronde structuur, zachte tannines en een sappige afdronk. Serveer deze wijn op ongeveer 16-17 °C.

Wijnhuis Alpasión
Het wijnhuis Alpasion werd opgezet door een groep gepassioneerde wijnliefhebbers die ontdekten dat in de Mendoza-regio een unieke combinatie van hoogte, bodem en klimaat was voor wijnbouw. Hun naam komt van “alma” (ziel) en “passion” (passie). Ze werken duurzaam en met respect voor de wijngaard, wat je terug proeft in de wijn.
