Elk detail is opnieuw ontwikkeld om jou totale controle te geven: over de hitte, de brandstof, het vuur zelf. In de kern staat restaurantkwaliteit-prestaties—gebruikt door ’s werelds beste chefs, maar moeiteloos te hanteren door thuiskoks. Kook met hout voor rokerige intensiteit, met gas voor zuivere hitte of met houtskool voor aardse diepte.

Alles wordt aangedreven door een reeks next-generation functies en speciaal ontwikkelde accessoires die koken op open vuur eenvoudig en intuïtief maken. Van de optionele Wood-Fire Control Kit, waarmee je hout kunt beheersen alsof het gas is, tot een intuïtieve digitale interface die realtime de lucht- en steentemperatuur weergeeft, met dubbele vleessensoren die twee stukken vlees onafhankelijk volgen—zodat je precies weet wanneer je gerecht perfect gaar is.
