Er wordt gecertificeerd duurzaam gewerkt door Miles Dineen en zijn team. Zo grazen er schapen in de wijngaard, zodat er minder gemaaid hoeft te worden en de grond vanzelf weer nieuwe voeding krijgt. Andere voorbeelden: er worden bio-brandstoffen gebruikt, er worden geen pesticiden en insecticiden gebruikt maar natuurlijke tegenstanders worden bevorderd, de druivenresten worden gecomposteerd en in de wijngaard verspreid.
