Questo chardonnay fruttato e setoso, realizzato da Domaine Roux, è ottenuto con uve vendemmiate esclusivamente a mano; dopo la fermentazione tradizionale, che avviene in botti di rovere, in parte nuove, affina per 12-14 mesi in botte.
Ideale con un risotto ai funghi, si abbina anche con primi piatti speziati, a secondi di pesce o carni bianche alla brace.

I like these helped me organize my mess
