Het nog jonge koppel Severin en Sabeth zijn goed op weg met het weer tot leven brengen van het oude familiedomein. Ze focussen zich volop op de wijngaarden en kwaliteit door o.a. meteen gecertificeerd biologisch te werken, en passen ze biodynamische praktijken toe. Geweldige prijs/kwaliteit verhouding die meteen goed scoort bij de critici vanaf het begin. Sinds 2024 de derde ster bij Falstaff en genomineerd voor "Newcomer of the Year".

Beschrijving: Licht kruidig, rood fruit als kersen, sappig en bloemig met fijne zuren en tannines.

Lekker bij: Rood vlees, lichte kaasjes, lamsvlees.

Leuk weetje: De hele Tuniberg is eigenlijk één enkele wijngaard, maar niet overal staan wijnstokken. Er is ook veel ruimte voor de natuur. Het is een uitstekende plek met eveneens uitstekende wijnen, die helaas vaak overschaduwd wordt door de vulkanische Kaiserstuhl die ernaast ligt. De Tuniberg is een bergkam van ongeveer 10 kilometer lang die opkomt tussen de Kaisterstuhl en Markgräferland.

This is soft feeling coat made to look like wool without the heavy rougher wool feel. Only issue is that the coat comes packaged in a small bag and so when you open it the coat it totally wrinkled. You can knock out the wrinkles in the dryer with a wrinkle release dryer sheet or use a garment steamer but honestly the dryer trick is the key.
