De wijnmakerij Pere Ventura bevindt zich in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia, ongeveer 35 kilometer ten zuiden van Barcelona. Het werd in 1992 opgericht door de gelijknamige Spaanse zakenman, Pere Ventura. Voor zijn eigen wijnmakerij Pere Ventura had hij een duidelijke visie en concept voor wijnen en cava's. Net als zijn voorouders streeft hij naar perfectie en de beste kwaliteit. Tegelijkertijd zag hij de mondiale wijnwereld al en begon daarom vanaf het begin internationale markten te openen. Hij maakte al snel de sprong naar de topgroep van cava-producenten. Het wijnhuis is erg modern, maar Pere wil zich altijd concentreren op traditionele wijnbereiding. De druiven zijn afkomstig van de percelen El Serral en L’Oreneta in Pere Venture Estate gelegen in het midden van Penedes 220 meter boven zeeniveau. De opbrengsten zijn bewust laag gehouden en alle wijnstokken worden volledig biologisch verbouwd. Het oogsten gebeurt met de hand en de druivenbessen worden gesorteerd in de wijngaard en in de sorteertafel. Elke druifsoort wordt apart gevinificeerd. Daarna volgt een spontane gisting met wilde gisten bij een temperatuur van 15 graden. Daarna worden de twee druivensoorten met elkaar gemend. De tweede gisting vindt plaats op de fles en de rijping duurt in totaal 43 maanden.Voor perfectie is geduld nodig
Maar het wachten is het meer dan waard. Deze Pere Ventura Vintage kleurt strogeel in het glas en heeft bijpassende gouden tinten. Hij heeft een krachtig aroma in de neus van gele bloemen, gecombineerd met anijs en kruidachtige tonen zoals venkel wat kenmerkend is voor de Xarello druif. Hij is romig in de mond met een intense boterachtige ondertoon, fluweelzachte textuur en bovenal erg verleidelijk. Zeer elegante cava.Shipping Notes

Bought as a gift
The young man is using the book to understand that we all have different love languages and I watch as he take interest in the content of the book. I gave both my daughters a copy last Christmas as part of their gifts as well. I have my copy of the book and it has helped me to understand others as well as myself more profoundly. Everyone one should get a copy for themself…a must have to help build better relationships.

Prescriptive approach to eye-opening information
This book has changed my perspective for the better. It is very prescriptive in its approach, but that's just what I needed. Not only can I better understand the love expressed by others in their unique way, but I have a better concept of how to express love in different "languages" and even "dialects." My understanding of others has greatly improved. I'm more excited to think of different ways to express my love. I just can't say enough about this book. It is well worth a second read as well just to be reminded of all the important messages. It also includes portions about controlling anger and apologies.
The book doesn't contain information that's mind blowing, but the way it's presented can be life changing for some. It's the package deal on how to be a better lover.

Recommend this book
Gary Chapman defines the daily tasks of Love and the work made to sustain a relationship as compared to the false notions that the media portrays about love which are actually false.
This is new learning and excellent book on love.
I only recommend this book on love and no other.

TPT is a wonderful Bible translation
I really enjoy The Passion Translation and have purchased many as gifts. The footnotes are very enlightening. Holy Spirit revelations were profound when reading this wonderful version of the New Testament.

Beautiful version of this translation
I love this translation of the bible. the pages in this version are a bit thicker than my last copy and so there is less shadowing of the backside of the page making it easier to read. The slightly larger print also makes it easier to read.
