De CRYPTON CARP is een vislijn van het hoogste niveau. De verhouding tussen de breeksterkte en de diameter is de beste van het Katran-assortiment. De innovatieve technologie van lichtreflectie die de lijn op elke bodem maskeert, wordt toegepast. Boven het water is het bijna transparant en onder het wateroppervlak verandert het, afhankelijk van de kleur van de bodem. Deze vislijn is op de bodem bijna onzichtbaar, zodat hij de voorzichtige vissen niet afschrikt. De hoge knoopsterkte, laag rek-coëfficiënt (13 -14%) en weinig geheugen zijn andere waardevolle voordelen van CRYPTON CARP. De lijn is zeer slijtvast, glad, elastisch, gaat makkelijk door de ogen van de hengel en is ontworpen om te vissen op lange afstanden. De lijn heeft een gepolijst oppervlakte dat hem beschermt tegen stof en vuil, zodat hij schoon en glad blijft. De lijn is verpakt in een metalen blik dat hem perfect beschermt tegen UV-straling en beschadigingen tijdens transport.
