Voor kwaliteitswijnen moeten we al eeuwen in Italië zijn, zo ook voor deze Blauburgunder Pinot Nero van de wijn serie Tolloy. Mezzacorona is in de regio Trentino overduidelijk marktleider. Ze bezitten 2400 hectare wijngaard op de glooiende heuvels rond Salorno. Dankzij de naburige Alpen worden de wijngaarden beschermt tegen de koude wind. Het terroir is bijzonder en de druiven kunnen hierdoor niet alleen bijzondere eigenschappen ontwikkelen. Dankzij het klimaat worden ze ook nog eens perfect rijp. De Tolloy wijnen zijn vernoemd naar een bekende herbergier uit de 18e eeuw; Johann Tolloy. De druiven worden bij optimale rijpheid geoogst en vrijwel direct naar de wijnmakerij gebracht. Hierdoor behouden de Pinot Nero en Blauburgunder druiven hun fruitigheid. In de wijnmakerij ondergaan de druiven een traditionele rode wijn vinificatie bij een gecontroleerde temperatuur van ongeveer 25 graden. Na volgt een rijping van 10 maanden in smalle eikenhouten vaten.Een complete wijn met aantrekkelijke tannines
Met een granaatrode kleur verschijnt de Blauburgunder Pinot Nero in het glas. Rood fruit springt uit het glas en laat je vrijwel direct verleiden tot de eerste slok. Een soepele en zachte smaak verspreid zich in de mond. Kersen, bessen, bosvruchten en licht kruidige tonen komen stuk voor stuk voorbij. Probeer dan het glas maar te laten staan. Een complete wijn met aantrekkelijke tannines, zorgen ervoor dat het een perfect te combineren wijn is. Schenk deze Pinot Nero in bij bijvoorbeeld spaghetti of een varkenshaasje met champignonsaus. Meaningful, Enjoyable and Uplifting

I don’t read a lot of novels, but after hearing recommendation after recommendation, I finally picked up Theo of Golden—and it absolutely lived up to the hype. Alan Levi tells a story that is inspiring, wholesome, thoughtful, and genuinely fun to read. The characters felt real, the writing was engaging, and the story carried deeper themes about life, purpose, and relationships without ever feeling forced. I also know Alan through Young Life, which made reading the book even more special for me personally. If you’re looking for a meaningful novel that is both enjoyable and uplifting, I highly recommend this book.
