All’esame visivo si presenta con una veste color giallo paglierino, con evidenti riflessi dorati; la spuma è persistente e il perlage fine e delicato. Al naso emergono sentori di crosta di pane alternati ad aromi floreali, dove si riconosce particolarmente il biancospino. Al palato è sottile, snello, cremoso, con una buona struttura alimentata da una freschezza persistente.Un altro Etna Brut DOC della gamma “Sosta Tre Santi”, questa volta elaborato da Nicosia in versione Carricante, uva autoctona siciliana davvero speciale. Fresco e schietto, è facile da bere e non delude mai, recitando sempre il ruolo di protagonista, sia in aperitivi informali che in occasioni più importanti. Le uve, provenienti da vigneti situati ad alta quota, vinificano in bianco e fermentano per circa 20 giorni a temperatura controllata. Poi rimangono in acciaio e vengono in seguito imbottigliate per effettuare la seconda fermentazione e rimanere sui lieviti per almeno 18 mesi. Un’etichetta da bere adesso, per godere appieno della sua vivacità.
Aperitivo o a tutto pasto: a voi la scelta. In ogni caso questo prodotto non vi deluderà, soprattutto se abbinato a crudi di pesce e crostacei. Da provare con il sushi.

Do not buy Epson if you expect it to last.

I had previously had HP printers and they worked extremely well, honestly I had them for years and years at a time, much longer than would probably be typical for an at-home printer that gets a lot of use. I bought an Epson replacement as the price was right. I replaced the ink once in it, and it worked fine...then it would never read new ink. Well, it would read it was full, but it would print extremely light and if you had a barcode (like to return an Amazon package) the barcode would not print correctly to be able to use for shipment. So, I thought I must have just gotten a bad printer and that it was a year old so I guess it was due...so I bought this one. I have had it since May and just replaced the black in - and it is now doing the SAME thing as the previous Epson. It will not print correctly. I called Espon support and was told they could send me a new one BUT I had to give a CC# for them to 'hold' and it would not be charged if I returned the item. Well, then once it got down to it, she then stated that when the new one was sent back, they would 'review to make sure it is covered under warranty' and that it is 'their property' then, and if it is not under warranty, I would be charged...which was TWICE what I paid for the printer originally. So I told her nevermind. She could not understand why, which they state some arbitrary statement that 'if' it is found to be 'under warranty' then I would not be charged, but also specifying once returned it is their property. So, basically that sounded too 'iffy' to me and I am not going to return something to MAYBE not get charged DOUBLE what I paid for the item to begin with. That seems like a scam to get paid for the replacement item to be honest.

Bad worst experience.

Unfortunately I couldn't enjoy this all in one printer. I'm sure that it is a well-made printing machine. I had to return my printer the next day since it didn't came with the proper ink cartridges the proper instruction manual or the CD to set the computer up. I did manage to purchase new ink cartridges for this Epson printer unfortunately when I went through the setup process and install the ink cartridge the printer kept jamming on me. I don't know if the reason that I was having difficult with this printer it's because it was a refurbished printer. Try to resolve issue with printer over the phone with Amazon but that was a disappointment.
