Do I need net wall extensions?
Optional. They're for rooms where you want extra side containment beyond the standard enclosure nets — open layouts, shared use with friends and family, or anytime you want more margin for mishits without risking the walls beside your bay.
Which length should I choose?
Pick based on how much extra side coverage you need — 6', 8', or 10'. Longer extensions reach further along the bay. All lengths work with Curved, Pro, and DIY enclosures; they're not tied to your enclosure footprint dimensions.
How many do I get per order?
Qty 1 includes a complete pair — two Net Wall Extensions, one for each side of your enclosure.
Do I need to supply sand for the sandbags?
Yes. The extensions include sandbag pockets at the bottom for stability, but fill is not included — you'll add sand (or an equivalent weight) during setup.
Will the nets wear out?
Yes — by design. Net wall extensions are wear components that take ball strikes. Marks and gradual wear over time are normal, not a defect. With proper installation and normal use, most owners get years of reliable containment before replacing them.
Does this affect my freight charge?
No. Net wall extensions ship free as a small accessory and do not add to the freight fee on your enclosure or pipe framing kit.

| Wear components & normal use | This product is engineered for full-speed play but is a high-use wear component by design. Ball strikes will mark and gradually wear the surface over time — that is expected, not a defect. Carl's Place does not offer a fixed-duration performance guarantee or lifespan warranty on impact-wear components. With proper tension, care, and normal use, owners commonly get years of reliable play before replacement is needed. |
| What's covered | Defects in materials or workmanship present on arrival — including sewing flaws, missing or incorrect hardware, or damage that occurred in transit. We will work with Carl's Place to repair, replace, or resolve eligible issues at no cost to you when confirmed as a manufacturing or shipping defect. |
| What's not covered | Normal wear from golf ball impact; cosmetic marks that appear after first use; damage from misuse, modification, or improper assembly; direct hits to surfaces not designed to take a strike (aim at the impact screen, not the surround panels); frame tubing you source locally (2-inch EMT is your responsibility unless you add a Pipe Framing Kit); projector, launch monitor, software, or other third-party equipment; and clearance or remnant items sold as-is. |
| Replacement parts | Most components — including replacement impact screens, enclosure panels, covers, baffles, and hardware — can be purchased individually when an upgrade or refresh is needed. Reach out with your enclosure size and we'll help you order the correct part. |
| How to file a claim | Email us with your order number, a brief description of the issue, and clear photos of the affected components. Do not discard packaging until the claim is resolved.
