Bacopa Monnieri leaves in powder form, the leaves are naturally sundried and hygienically ground and pack on order basis, the herb comes with 24 months expiry.  

What are the health benefits?

It is used in skin disease, fever, swelling, anemia, diabetes, psychological problems, poison, inflammation and cough. The plant is well known for intellect promoting, memory enhancer, and brain tonic drug. It is useful in epilepsy, insanity, Alzheimer disease, Parkinson, anemia, anxiety, neuralgia, inflammation, ulcer, ascites, asthma, bronchitis, skin disease, and hoarseness of voice, fever and general debility.

How to use it?

Anxiety and Stress – Regular intake of Brahmi juice (1-2tsf) with 1 tsf ghee and half tsf of honey gives smooth and calming effect, relieves stress anxiety, and increase the learning performance and mental ability of children.

Memory Enhancer – Brahmi, Mandukaparni, Triphala, Chitrak, Vacha, Satapuspa, Shatavari, Danti, Nagbala and Trivrit – any one of these drugs should be taken with honey and ghee for improving intellect.

Hypertension – 1 tsf of Brahmi juice with half spoon of honey helps in lowering blood pressure.

Insanity – Brahmi juice with Kustha powder is taken with honey to cure insanity.

What is the recommended dose?

  • Juice – 10 to 20ml
  • Powder – 5 to 10gm

Brushes
These brushes are nice for getting into the small and difficult to reach parts of animals mouths. However part of what makes them difficult to reach is the fact that my pets put up such a fight for teeth brushing anyways. But these do make it slightly easier. The brushes are soft, the bristles are dense, and the fact that there’s different shapes of brushes is helpful as well.

The cutest little toothbrushes for the kitkats!
Never before recently had I contemplated brushing my cats' teeth. But at their most recent visit with the veterinarian, my boy kitty and one of his sisters had tartar on their teeth and I was admonished for not cleaning their teeth regularly at home. Yikes! The veterinarian gave me her recommendations. I ordered these toothbrushes to go with a toothpaste I was able to order through our compounding pharmacy. And I thought it was going to be a nightmare trying to brush their teeth. But our boy kitty actually likes it - sort of! I think he really likes the extra attention and it probably feels kind of good to get the gunk off his teeth. His sister is another story. She doesn't hate it, but I do need to give her treats before and after. These little toothbrushes are just perfect. I love the little cases included. They work perfectly and are just the right size. That makes them easy to use. And it doesn't hurt that they are absolutely adorable little toothbrushes!
