About the Author:
Alina Shalev is an artist, spiritual teacher, and speaker. She learned to meditate in ashrams in India and prayed in ancient monasteries in Romania. She has studied with energy healers, shamans, and monks of various traditions and religions, and has become a Reiki Master, a certified Energy Medicine Practitioner, and a Re-connective Energy Healer. She learned Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), and studied mandala art and sacred geometry. Eager to share this knowledge with others, Alina founded a holistic private practice called Astra Healing, promoting spiritual awareness through art and meditation. Alina currently lives with her husband, son, and Great Dane in Los Angeles, California.
