Sylvere Trichard's family has been farming grapes and making wine in Beaujolais for generations, and Sylvere has emerged as a star of the area since taking over the holdings in 2012. Aside from an occasional inclusion of sulphur (minimal) at bottling, his wines are made with no additions.
This vibrant Beaujolais Nouveau is made from Gamay from Selene's own domaine fruit. Gloriously fresh, young and vibrant!
