The Full-Race Formline Turbo Manifolds are a direct replacement for the failure-prone factory exhaust manifolds on the 2011–2016 Ford F-150 EcoBoost. This version is finished with a durable silver ceramic coating to reduce radiant heat, protecting surrounding engine bay components. Formline Turbo Manifolds are crafted from advanced 347 stainless steel, a material built to withstand exhaust temperatures up to 1740 degrees Fahrenheit (950 degrees Celsius) without warping or cracking. They feature a thicker, half-inch flange design for improved sealing strength. Beyond durability, these manifolds are engineered for performance with a 32 percent larger outlet and individually optimized 30mm runners, resulting in reduced backpressure, faster spool-up, and increased horsepower and torque throughout the powerband.
