Product Manual
Shipping
Shipping is a flat fee based on the product to lower 48 US states. For LTL shipments, we offer curbside delivery which is Standard Freight.
Refund & Return Policy
All products are eligible for return up to 30 days from the date of delivery. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and custom orders are non-refundable.
Please ensure that all items being returned are repackaged in their original condition, including original packaging, documentation, and all accessories.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Customers must contact Gametabledirect prior to returning any products to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item is inspected and deemed to be free of any damages. There is a 25% restocking fee for all products.
Warranty
Every Titan Outdoor TV purchased from Gametabledirect comes with the peace of mind of a manufacturer-backed limited warranty.
Warranty Coverage
- Televisions: 2-year limited warranty
- Other electronic products: 1-year limited warranty
- Non-electronic products: 30-day limited warranty
This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal, non-commercial use. If a defect occurs during the warranty period, Titan will repair or replace the product or part at no cost.
What’s Not Covered
- Damage during shipping, delivery, or installation
- Cosmetic wear (scratches, dents, discoloration, etc.)
- Damage from misuse, accidents, neglect, fire, water, lightning, or natural causes
- Unauthorized repairs or use of non-approved accessories
- Products with removed or altered serial number
