The supplement come with capsules. The isnstruction is somehow vague. It says Take a capsule, 1-3 times per day. It does not mention before drink, after drink or during drink. I tried before drink and did not feel much better lol. Probably gonna try a few more times and update this review later.

Affordable fiber supplement!

For starters, Amazon is one of the few places that sells these fiber tablets, so I was pleased that they were affordable. I prefer the tablets over the powder because it’s just easier for me to use.
