The Tamiya 1/35 Jagdtiger Early Version (35295) reproduces the most heavily armoured and most powerful tank destroyer ever to enter production — the Jagdtiger that combined the King Tiger hull with an enormous casemate mounting the 12.8cm PaK 44. No Allied tank could withstand a hit from the 12.8cm gun, and the Jagdtiger's front armour was virtually impenetrable. The Early Version kit reproduces the Jagdtiger with the Porsche-pattern bogie suspension used on the initial production vehicles. A formidable and impressive 1/35 centrepiece.
