Het Piemontese wijnhuis Boroli staat synoniem voor ongekende kwaliteit. Het is een wijnhuis waar alles aan lijkt te kloppen. Verleidelijk en altijd van zeer hoge kwaliteit. De wijngaarden van Boroli vinden we in op de mooiste plekken van Piemonte, allemaal gesitueerd in de buurt van het bekende dorpje Barolo. In het heuvelachtige landschap van Piemonte genieten de Nebbiolo druiven van het perfecte klimaat. Dankzij het vakmanschap van de familie Boroli transformeren zij tot perfecte wijnen. Pas op het moment dat de druiven rijp genoeg worden geacht door de wijnmaker van Boroli, mag de oogst geschieden. Om de kwaliteit te waarborgen worden alle trossen met Nebbiolo druiven handmatig geoogst. Hierna gaat de familie Boroli aan de slag: de druiven worden gefermenteerd en het kostbare sap krijgt een houtlagering van maar liefst 24 maanden. Vervolgens rijpen de flessen ook nog eens 12 maanden in de kelders van Boroli. Alle tijd wordt genomen om de kwaliteit van Boroli Barolo Cerrequio tot een hoogtepunt te brengen.

Een compleet plaatje, welke tot de topklasse in de Barolo wijnen behoort. Een geurig boeket, met rode bessen, viooltjes en zacht fruit. Zoete specerijen ontwikkelen zich prachtig op de tong, allemaal dankzij de eeuwigdurende houtlagering. Opvallend is de elegante verfijning in Boroli Barolo Cerequio, waarmee deze rode wijn zich in een duidelijke buitencategorie plaats binnen de Italiaanse wijnen.

These things are dripping with style, easy to wear, and while they might look firm on the outside, on the inside the shoe just has such a nice flexibility and foamy feel, the top where the top of your feet feel the roof of the shoe, it has such perfect ooey gooey support I can't believe it. The outside sole also has this neat tactile feel. The durability looks good and feels good for now.
